This Restorative Yoga class combines supported yoga postures with Thai massage; practise will bring your mind –body into balance, using stillness of mind (meditation) breathing techniques and visualization.
Restorative yoga is a powerful asset in treating illness and injury, it helps to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) bringing the body back into equilibrium, lowering your heart rate and blood pressure, stimulating your immune system, keeping your endocrine system operating healthily, assisting in sleep patterns, depression, relieving stress, assisting in the wellness of your whole being.
