Pregnancy / prenatal yoga helps stretch and strengthen your body, reduces stress and promotes a calm and healthy pregnancy. Through breath, movement and relaxation, you will have the space to connect to your growing babies, explore the journey through pregnancy and prepare for birth. Come along on your lunch break, if you’re on maternity leave or if you have space in your day to get to the mat.
The classes are suitable from 14 weeks pregnant, beginners welcome. A lovely, peaceful place to meet other expectant mums, to relax and practice nourishing prenatal yoga.
