After 4 months we can finally go to studio’s, gyms and sports centres. Steve and l have decided to officially reopen the Henley studio at the beginning of September with a new timetable and all appropriate safety procedures in place for you.
We shall continue to run the classes on zoom so for those of you who are not ready to come back you can still join class.
Carlin is running zoom classes from the studio Wednesday and Friday 10-11.15 am and Saturday 10.30-11.45am
and is happy to have a few people come in and join in the studio, if you would like to come back just text Carlin to book in.

The Henley Yoga Studio is a tranquil haven right in the heart of Henley on Thames, offering different styles of Yoga to suit everyone. We offer a varied schedule of classes each week including Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga and more gentle styles with a more meditative focus such as Yin yoga, Restorative Yoga and Qi Gong.
