Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures ,flowing movement and the breath.

Through slow, graceful, repetitive movements, the practitioner seems to move in or like water. The air around the body almost carrying an element of weight and resistance. 

 Creating a flow of energy through the Meridians of the body, a healthy, calm inner state is reached. Lowering blood pressure, building heat in the body and promoting calm healthy bodily function.
